Terms & Conditions

1. What Opviva does
Opviva scans, monitors, and helps fix security and reliability issues in applications you connect. We act on the repositories and URLs you authorize, with least-privilege access, and surface findings and fixes for your review.
2. Your responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to connect any repository or app you submit. You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes (pull requests) before they are merged where approval is requested, and for the security of your own credentials.
3. Access & data
We request the minimum GitHub permissions needed to scan and open fixes. We do not sell your data. Source code is processed to perform scans and is not retained beyond what is needed to deliver the service. See how findings and fixes are handled in your dashboard.
4. Fixes & no warranty
Automated and assisted fixes are provided on a best-effort basis. While we review changes, you are responsible for testing and accepting them. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; Opviva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage beyond a plan draws pay-as-you-go credits. You may cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current period. Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Opviva to scan or modify systems you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Questions? Email support@opviva.com.
